Our favorite time of year is upon us! Now that we have our own home to spookify, Trellis Place now has its best Halloween house. The front porch and inside are where we spend the most of our time setting up, with more candles than you might think is possible to have in one room. Our home now has a few yearly staples that we made:
– The three ghosts built from tomato cages and white sheets
– Foam pumpkins with a terra cotta paint
– Antique cauldron with foaming bubbles
– Floating Harry Potter candles
– Cobwebbing
What could be more fun to celebrate Halloween than with tricker treaters and friends! We had over 80 tricker treaters on the ‘night of’ and went through a corn maze with our friends Jake and Les. Oregon has made our Halloween time even more special, the bright orange/yellow/red leaves, corn mazes, pumpkin patches, and “Halloweentown” dedicated specifically to Halloween festivities.
