Oregon put on a show for Kaylyn’s parents visiting from Utah for Thanksgiving. Kaylyn and I have witnessed colorful sunsets in the past, but this really turned into a spectacle. The bright orange skies turned pink and later a dark purple as the sun fell far below the sea’s horizon.
This was our first hosting of Thanksgiving so I guess a bit of a milestone for us, prepping our first holiday meal of any kind. Our secret? We got most of our food from a delicatessen the day before to make life that much easier, and tastier!
